Initially I trained as a nurse and went on to retrain as a complementary therapist, after recovering from Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome many years ago.
I feel my training and personal experience is relevant in assisting others at this time.

In 1989 Rose became very unwell with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. - ME. She made a complete recovery from this most debilitating illness through the holistic approach - healing the body, mind and spirit. She set up and ran a holistic ME support group in Devon for 17½ years and has been fully recovered for 25 years and has now set up M.E. 'Open door' sessions in Exeter.
Rose now assists people individually and in groups, giving tools, techniques and encouraging self-help practices and guidance in self-care.
To achieve the best results she works alongside general practitioners and other professionals, encompassing both traditional and complementary treatments.
Rose qualified as a State Enrolled Nurse in 1971, she became unwell with ME between 1989 and 1991. After recovering, Rose retrained and qualified to practise Advanced Structured Hypnotherapy (Dip) Healing CCHA, Reflexology IIHHT, Aromatherapy IIHHT and Therapeutic Massage ITEC. She also gained a Foundation in Counselling Certificate.
